  1. What is the minimum online order from Available Stock?
    One carton.
     
  2. Do you sell single tins?
    No we do not break the cartons we only sell by the carton.
     
  3. How many tins are in a carton?
    Carton quantity vary depending on size of the tin. Please click onto the image for carton size and more information.
     
  4. Can I place an order by phone?
    We only accept orders online.
     
  5. Can I make a change to my order?
    Changes can be made to orders prior to dispatch.
     
  6. How long does it take for my order to be dispatched.
    Goods are usually dispatched in 24-48 hours.
     
  7. How can I make a payment for my order?
    Secure payments can be made via paypal using Mastercard or Visa.
     
  8. How long does it take for my goods to arrive?
    Freight delivery times are guidelines only depending on method of transport.
    - Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne metropolitan areas : Approx 1-2 days.
    - Country areas + SA : approx. 3-5 days.
    - WA : Approx 5-7 days.
    - Tasmania : Approx 5-9 days.
     
  9. What options do I have for delivery and freight?
    You can use our nominated freight forwarders or you can get your own freight quotation by logging into www.couriersandfreight.com.au

  11. I have received an incorrect order. What do I do next?
    Please call us immediately and we will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched and pick up the incorrect item at no cost to you.
     
  12. I have ordered an incorrect item. What do I do next?
    Please call us immediately and we will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched. Freight for both the dispatch and return will be at customers expense along with any price difference between the goods orders and goods requested.
     
  13. I have received faulty or damaged goods. What can I do next?
    Although all products leave our warehouse in good condition sometimes damage can occur in transit or handling. Any claim for damaged goods needs to be made within 48 hours along with images of the damage and consignment details for the relevant courier.
     
  14. Can I get a refunds for Change of Mind?
    If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange an exchange or refund. Please note return of goods are at customer’s expense.
